Lorraine and family, deeply saddened to learn of Bob's passing. What a giant of a man; I worked with Bob and was the COO at Star from 1995-2000...in those years, Bob exemplified what it meant to be a Star. Lorraine, Joe, Kristen, Mary Jane, and Jacki, Very saddened to hear of the passing of my cousin, Robert. I have a lot of childhood memories of him. On occasion, my dad took me to watch him play baseball in Cambridge and football at Saint Mary´ s High ( or as Robert sarcastically called it later in the years, " Saint Mary´s of the Annunciation"). I remember playing darts with him in the basement at 50 Highland Ave. and playing touch football with him on Moccasin Path in Arlington. Pretty good...

Wanted to extend condolences and sympathy to Bobby's family on your loss. He's remembered as a friendly and witty member of the family and sadly, taken too soon. Wishing you all God's peace during this time.

Drove him nuts at Star Market. He couldn't help liking me, inspite of my being difficult. Great conversations, good manager, fair, but firm. much too soon, rest in peace Bob.

With the care and prayers of so many Bob fought very hard to get home to recover and he did get some hopeful/quality time spent with family...only to be taken so suddenly! Just not fair!
