Not sure what to say?

My deepest sympathies as Bob is accepted into the arms of God. My ask of mankind is that the males would man up as well as this man approached life.
He will reside forever in the hearts of those he touched.

There is so much to say about Bob; We will always remember Bob as the love of my moms life(Missy P). We thank you for opening your door to us. I just wish we could have spent more time with you! We will miss all the great words of wisdom " Lay down the law and stick to it!" We do truely miss you and Poppi. We were very fortunate to have you in our lives. You were a man of integrity, intelligence and had a big heart. You opened your heart to me and my big sister and our families. We...

To Paul,Lisa,Blaine and Joanne I am so sorry to hear of Paul's Dad's passing. I never met him but I know he must have been a great guy by meeting his son and grandson who are great guys. I'm sure he is in heaven watching over you all. May he rest in peace.

What can we say about BOB? Or Sweet Robert as he laughingy called himself. When we moved to CT from FL he and Pat were the first to welcome us to the neighborhood and our friendship grew from there. He took pity on the stupid FL people and taught us to survive the cold. To spite his rough outwardly appearance his compassion and generosity were incredible. We would here the tractor coming down the driveway and it was Bob coming to visit with an Extra Gold Beer in each pocket for us and one in...

Jake or "Chief" as we sometimes referred to him, will be greatly missed by myself and my little sister. I wish we had, had time to express to him how grateful we are for making our mom the happiest we had seen her in many years. I know she will miss you dearly and will be looking forward to seeing you again someday. You will always be dear to our hearts.
Love,
Kelly

I am sorry for your loss.

friend of Paul class of 1993

Jake worked for me @ Nuwc from the being of his civilan carreer. He never once said in his 26 years no or I can't get it completed from the least signatent task to going to the North-Pole in the middle of winter with only a phone from me that he was need there ASAP! He truely had my blindsind side covered from day one! That is what a real man and friend DOES!
For that I say Aloha & BRAVO ZULU to my dear friend "JAKE"
LEN

I meet Jake in 1969, we served together on-board the USS Bluefish. I had the opportunity to inform him the day he made chief. We have stayed in touch ever since. I considered Jake my best friend. Bless you Pat for taking such good care of my friend and his family. Fair Winds and Calm Seas My Friend.

TO: PAUL,LISA&BLAINE,

MY HEARTFELT SYMPATHY ON THE BOB'S SUDDEN PASSING. MY HEART TRULY GOES OUT TO YOU, PAUL, SIMPLY BECAUSE IT WASN'T ALL THAT LONG AGO THAT YOU HAD TO SAY YOUR FINAL GOOD-BYES TO YOU BELOVED MOTHER. I'M SURE THAT YOUR FATHER WAS EXTREMELY PROUD OF THE TRULY
WONDERFUL MAN THAT YOU HAVE BECOME. YOU CAN BE SURE THAT HIS WONDERFUL LEGACY WILL CONTINUE TO LIVE ON IN YOU AND BLAINE. YOU CAN ALSO BE SURE THAT "JO" ALREADY LOVES YOU LIKE A "SON" AND SHE LOVES...
