Not sure what to say?

Bob was one of the kindest people I had the pleasure to work with at CIBA-Geigy. He was an encyclopedia of knowledge and was a great mentor for me when I reported to him. I always admired him as I always knew where I stood. I enjoyed playing golf with him at times and certainly enjoyed his family. My sincerest condolences to Carol and all his family. He will be missed.

My sincere condolences to Bob's family. I have fond memories of working with Bob at Ciba-Geigy. May God provide you with comfort and peace in your loss.

Bob was a great boss and great person. Sorry for his loss.

It has been my privilege to know Bob Kahrs since high school in Eastchester New York. We reacquainted on the golf course with the Ciba Geigy retirees more than 60 years later. Bob played golf with dignity and grace, and was a valued friend. So sorry Carol.

Our sincere condolences to Carol and his family . Bob hired me in 1973 and I admired his work ethic and he was a great mentor. Our thoughts are with his family. Max and Shirley

Carol: I am very sorry to hear about the loss of Bob. I know you will miss that happy personality. I enjoyed getting to know Bob while playing golf. I expect Bob is still playing golf in heaven!

Carol: Sincere condolences to you and your extended family. I enjoyed interacting with Bob at work and on the golf course where he always directed his golf winnings toward your next cruise. May he rest in peace.

May you rest in peace, Bob. The family will miss you. I value knowing and working with you for many years. A true gentleman.

Bob was one of the two people I dined with the night before my interview for employment with Ciba-Geigy. I am certain he had an influence on the decision to hire me. I soon joined the Residue Chemistry Group wherein Bob was manager. I discovered that Bob was a storehouse of knowledge as well as a fair and honest man. My life and career were enriched because of his mentoring and guidance. Condolences to the family.
