Not sure what to say?

Learning of Bobs passing all of these years later is melancholy and sad; but remembering his humor, guidance and dedication lifts me up. Bob Kane was a focused and kind man who lived by a code of doing what was right. He loved his family and was proud of them, he loved his wife and was dedicated to her. He cared for his clients and was a loyal lieutenant to my Grandfather Sol Laykin at Laykin et Cie for decades. I personally learned so much from him and am grateful for that. I wish his...

Removing this guest book tomorrow. Printing it out to have forever.
Love

Hi Poppa, I think about you all the time and wish you were here for me to talk to. I miss you and love you more than anything!

At Liz Wedding.....

Well Dad: I got a notice today that the guest book will remain online until Jan 13, 2013. I probably will not renew the showing of the guest book but rather, I will write to you in a journal that I can add to anytime I feel the need. I continue to need to your spirit to influence me and hope that Mom and You are at peace and most of all I pray I get to see you again in heaven. I love you always.....

Our last Father's Day together.......June 2010

Hi Daddy: its getting close to another Yarzeit for you...hard to imagine it has been almost two years. I think about you and mom so often and reflect on what a blessing it was to be so close to you both. I still need to believe that you are watching over me; guiding me; and helping me make good, solid choices as my life progresses. I still believe that I'll see you and mom again (along with Herb) and pray that until then you exist in peace and tranquility surrounded by love. You certainly...

Last Father's Day together in 2010

Since the online guestbook is still around and since you aren't: I figured I could at least acknowledge that today is Fathers Day and tell "you" what a great father you were. Most especially in the last 5 years of your life; we grew our friendship and created many wonderful moments I will always remember. RIP DAD.....

Those who love you carry you on their hearts. Moments occur which trigger memories of your laughter and great friendship through the years. Your personal character remains an inspiration to me each day.

Those who love you still carry you in their hearts. Small moments trigger memories of your laughter and warm friendship. Your legacy is felt every day and I aspire to be the example to others you've been to me.

Please keep giving me the strength I need to get through this time...say Hi to Mom and Herb for me....I need all of you to gather your resources and keep me strong. Love you...
