Dear Jen and Steve,
I just learned of your devastating loss. I taught with your mother at Overlea High School for several years. She helped me immensely as a new publications advisor as I grappled with learning how to advise students to produce a school newspaper, She taught tenth grade honors and, again, helped me hone my skills as a ninth grade honors English teacher. She was a friend and a true colleague. She was, above all else, a lady.

David, Christina, Amy and I were so upset to hear of this tragic loss. Paulette and I spoke every now and then over the last few years, more so when David's mom (Blanch Collier) had to come live with us. Bob and Paulette will truly be missed and remembered fondly by so many people. They were wonderful. No bond is as great as that between a parent and child.
