Words alone are simply inadequate to express the depth of my profound sadness and sense of loss after hearing CTOCM Kucala passed on. I had the honor and privilege of serving with him at the NAVSECGRUDET Kamiseya, Japan. Although I am far away from Pensacola Florida Maureen, please know that I quietly grieve with you and your family over the passing of a exceptionally wonderful and gifted human being. He was my mentor, and will always be my friend. I will miss him dearly. Rest in Peace...
