Not sure what to say?

May God bless you and your family in this time of sorrow.

Barbara, Susan, Linda, Kevin, Mark, and Neal & family -
I send my most heartfelt condolences. Bob will live on in the love and memories you have. I have many childhood memories of his gentleness and contagious smile. God's peace to you all.

So sorry to hear of Bobs passing. I have known him since I was a little boy. ( I think I may have even attended his wedding.) He was always so nice to my father. (Wayne Roney) We lived on Beeler Road and Bob often drove by, stopped in and would visit with my dad. They mostly talked baseball and airplanes but it was so nice of him to spend time. Bob is a true gentleman in every sense of the word. I'm honored to have known him.

Barbara and family, Please know that you are in our thoughts and prayers.

I met Bob when I worked at the Allen Economic Development Group. He was such a wise and supporting leader in our community. I looked up to him and respected his guidance and help. He will be missed. Marcel Wagner

So sorry but I will not get to attend as I have been hospitalized several times lately. I can remember riding on the Shawnee School bus and he was in first grade with the bluest eyes i have ever seen on a child. Long time neighbors and friends. Prayers for you all. Audrey Myers

May the God of comfort bring the family peace.

Great man who honored Christ and loved his family.

I was a news reporter in the early and mid 1980s when Bob was an Allen County Commissioner. He was a great person to work with, he treated me fairly and was always accessible. When I would see Commissioner Mayer we talked about those "fun" times. He was always friendly and caring. I have great respect for the Commissioner. He did his best to improve Allen County. I am quite sad to learn about his passing, but pleased I had the opportunity to know Commissioner Bob Mayer.
