Bob was a wonderful, delightful friend and a consumate encourager. Although its been some years since our regular working together at NAHB Bobs selfless advice, his unquestionalble loyality to those needing housing and his faithful spirit to the betterment of humankind will be truly missed.

Always could beat me in golf

Remembering Bob fondly. I was so very fortunate to have the opportunity to work with him during his leadership tenure at NAHB and NHE. I will always treasure his kindness, mentoring and support.

Bob will be missed . I remember a very kind man who chuckled a lot and was always smiling. Hunter and I always enjoyed being around Bob and Marlene. Wishing the Mitchell family God's blessings.

Marlene and family, I am so sorry to hear of Bob's passing. Truly, he was one of the good guys. He made the world a better place (and Sandy Spring Bank a better bank). Rest in peace, my friend. Job well done.
