Not sure what to say?

Coach Newell was also a terrific history teacher and mentor. It was because of him I became fascinated with the machinations of governments and cultures. May God hold him in the palms of His hands.

My condolences to Mr Newall´s family. One of my all time favorite teachers at Stratford High during 61-65. Also a great coach who had such a positive impact on all he coached!

Mr Newall was my favorite history teacher RIP

Dave, Jerry and Family, May "Pop" rest in peace with our Lord and may you all have comfort and peace at this time. In addition to being a great family man, he was an excellent and well respected coach in so many venues, including the world of track and field that I knew. In later years, I always enjoyed seeing him at any softball game I was at that the Newall boys played.

Added to previous condolence. I´m sure all of our Class of `68 SHS members have great memories of Mr. Newall. He was the best!

Sincere condolences to Mr. Newalls´ family. He was my favorite teacher at SHS. He also `controlled´ our home room B223. Mr. Newall had a great sense of humor and a great teacher. May he walk through the Gates of Heaven to his `home room´.

Single Memorial Tree

Sending sympathies to the Newall family. He was my homeroom teacher at SHS class of 74. His smile was how we started the day. May he rest in peace.

My prayers and condolences to the Newall family. Mr. Newall was a great guy and a great coach. Never had to guess what was on his mind. If you needed a talking to, you got it and If you needed help and encouragement, you got that too. RIP Coach - you will be missed.
