Not sure what to say?

Aloha to the Norby Family and friends of Rob,

I spent some time with Rob in the last few years. Rob loved sports. He was so happy when the Giants (finally) won the World Series in 2010 (for his 50th birthday!) He loved puttering around with his different golf carts and dreaming of different courses he'd like to play. We talked about all the golf courses in Ireland he thought he'd like to play. His personal (one hole only) golf course at his house was his favorite. Rob was a very...

Hi Krissy and Rick,

I remember when Rob showed up at Flood and he was the fastest kid in the school. We spent a lot of time together in classes at Flood Elementary school, at cub scouts, and just hanging out at the house on Ringwood. Lost track after high school, but heard occasional reports on Rob in HI from Rick.

Too soon, Rob. Rest in Peace.

Time goes by but the memories remain, we had a lot of good times during our high school years! Rob was a lot of things to many people and will be missed tremendously. Wish your family comfort and peace...

Heartfelt condolences to you all! I haven't seen Rob in decades now, but I always think of him as being so quietly funny. I had to really listen to hear him, and of course there were several times when I got in trouble for laughing - no teacher ever expected Rob to be the culprit! He was a kind soul, and his spirit will live on through all of you. My thoughts are with you all. Best, Sally

Dear Krissy and Rick,
I was so saddened by the news of you brother. Our hearts are with you all! I am so sorry to not have had the opportunity of crossing paths with Rob since moving here. I always look for him when in Volcano as we so love that town! With aloha to all your family!

Krissy and Rick,
I am so sorry to hear about Rob's passing. He was a very good friend to me and my family during all my high school years. I had not seen or heard from him in a very long time, but I still think of him often. We had countless hours hanging out, playing basketball, tennis, etc. And as Patty mentioned, Rob and I double-dated to the prom with the Stephens twins during our senior year. We had a great time. My wife Molly and I visited with Rob in Hawaii many years ago, and he...

Hello Krissy and Norby Family, I am so sorry for your loss. I am sending love and prayers to you all. I was just shocked to see this in the paper today and so sad to hear it. I always wondered where Rob was living and hoped he was well. I also hoped to see him at one of our MA reunions (not many of them), but never had the chance. He was a special person and I was lucky to know him and have him part of my high school years. He was a great prom date and friend too - so kind, sensitive and...
