Robert Pegos Obituary
Binghamton, NY: Robert "Bob" Pegos, 76, went to be with the Lord, Sunday, April 24, 2011. He was predeceased by his parents, George and Cecelia Pegos; sister, Barbara Pegos; uncles Mike and Joe Kapral; aunts, Anna and Mary Kapral; daughter-in-law, Roz Pegos. He is survived by his loving wife of 55 years, Rose Pegos; daughter and son-in-law, Donna and Edward Pry; sons and daughter-in-law, David Pegos and Douglas and Lisa Pegos; grandson, Cody Pry; step-grandchildren, Robert and Kenny Pegos and Steven and Breanna Bernhardt, Aaron Pry and Melanie Randall; brothers-in-law, Ronnie and Kevin Kneebis and Janis Lipkins; sisters-in-law, Patricia Decker and Nancy Courtright. Bob retired from Vail-Ballou Press after 45 years of service. He was loved dearly by his family and will be truely missed. We would like to thank the staff of South Tower 3 at Wilson Hospital for their kindness and care. Funeral services will be held Wednesday, April 27, 2011, 2pm at the Wm. R. Chase & Son Funeral Home. Burial will be in the Chenango Valley Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home on Wednesday from 12 Noon until the time of service. In lieu of flowers, those wishing kindly consider memorial contributions to St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital, 262 Danny Thomas Place, Memphis, TN 38105.

Working with Bob for many years I learned a lot from a great man always a smile and a great hello! Even if he was haveing a bad day! A person that was so Proud of his family and he loved them Dearly!! I hope the leasons in live he taught me! Will help me be a better person! It seems like only yesterday dad, when ever there was a swimming pool you would take me out in the water and hold me up and keep me safe.That is one of a million memories I will never forget,and now I take comfort in knowing ,God has taken you in and is holding you up.
