Robert Elvin Ramstead

I worked at the same dealership with Bob for 10 years and enjoyed his spontaneous humor and knowledge of things mechanical. Later we conversed when meeting at various car shows. I know many others, like myself will miss this man's presence. My sincere thoughts to his family.

I was also saddened to see bob's obituary in the herald. I was hired in 1968 by Bob's good friend Ike Hanks senior at Klein Ford. Anytime I went to a car show, I would see Bob and always enjoyed talking with him. I was always amazed as to how busy he was, helping friends with their projects, and his own restorations. Bob hired me in the Parts dept in 72 I was 17 worked for Bob about a year.We decided I might do better in the service dept.I enjoyed his stories and advice.about a year ago Bob brought his creeper to the shop for me said he going let me his maintenance on the dodge.I'll realy miss Bob and his vists at work.I'm sorry for the familys lost My prayers are with you

I am so saddened to see that Bob has passed away. He was such a good friend to my dad, Phil Foubert, and made frequent visits to Dad following my stepmother's death in 2008 until Dad passed in 2011. Bob was always cheerful, always positive, and it was a pleasure to see him. My deepest sympathies to his family. It is hard enough to lose someone you love, and to have such a loss during the Christmas season is even harder. Take patient care of yourselves.
