This is Bobs cousin Carolyn(Cappy) ..I am so deeply sorry and I send my deepest sympathies to the family. I hadn't seen Bob is a long time since I live here in PA..but my thoughts and prayers are with you all.

To the entire Rathbun family I express my deepest sorrow and heartfelt condolences. I worked with Bob at the Groton Utilites for over 10 years and I always admired his commitment to family and friends. May God rest his soul and bring comofrt to his loved ones.

To The Rathbun Family, I was shocked to hear of the passing of Bob. Bob and I worked for years together at The Groton Utilities. I have many fond memories of the years that we worked together. I hope that you as a family will draw even closer in this time of sorrow. Fond memories and may God be with him and with your family.

Bob and I just learned of your loss, and our hearts go out to you all at this time of great sorrow. I remember younger days when my parents would bring my brother, sister, and me to visit Aunt Mabel and Uncle Palmer for Sunday dinner, and how much we enoyed our visits with them and the two boys, Bob and Dick. My mother was especially fond of these two boys, and lived a long life to see them mature into adulthood and have families of their own. She would be so very sad...
