Not sure what to say?

I just learned of Bob´s death. I remember Bob fondly as the face of warm welcome at the downtown YMCA. Bob was always positive, friendly and cared about and for all people I remember showing up at the Y on snowy days and Bob would be outside shoveling the sidewalks ... in short pants and sandals. He knew sports and particularly histories of bicycle manufacturers. Intelligent, caring, wise and warm. He set an example for thousands of people ... I am one. He will be forever remembered by...

I am super sad to hear about Outdoor Bob passing. I met him when he lived downtown in that gorgeous house and was barefoot at the bike shop. My funniest memory is when I was dating a guy who lived with him. We were young and naive and Bob brought us to the livingroom to discuss basically the birds and the bees! So embarrassing yet so endearing because Bob was giving us the story!! He was like a big brother I think of him fondly for that instance and for always being kind and happy! Keep...

The first time I saw a real, honest-to-goodness bone-shaker was when Outdoor Bob rode it out of the bike shop (on 13th?). When I think of Lincoln, that is the iconic image from the mid-80s that I still think about.
