Not sure what to say?

Thinking of my friend Bob Schramm today. Oh, how the world needs more people like him...now more than ever....miss you Schrammie...

Still miss my dear friend, Bob...friends for 50 years!!!!(and miss his friends, Tom and Paul, also) nancyann turner

I´m a little late in making this small tribute, but it´s never truly late as Bob´s memory lives on, as does his legacy. I remember Bob as a gentle, warm and welcoming brother. The motto of the Oblates of St Francis de Sales relates to "gentle strength." This was both the gift and attraction of Bob. He mentored me in religious life and I continued to connect with him when I returned to Australia. He was one of the Oblates I sought out when I returned to the US over the years. Rest in...

I ministered with Bob in Lenawee county while he was pastor at St Mary. He had great vision for the church and kind compassion for each person. We offer our prayers and sympathy to his family and friends. May cherished memories bring you peace and comfort.

How hard it is to lose a brother and a soul friend. Bob and I became friends as we taught with other wonderful folks at Aquinas High School in the late sixties and early seventies...Our friendship lasted over 50 years as both of our lives kept reconnecting in various ways. We continually shared our hopes, our visions, our struggles. He was a great supporter of me as a woman, as an artist and as Dominican. i shall surely miss him but know his spirit will continue my journey/ our journey of...

Bob, thank you your service to God and mankind in general, I enjoyed conversations we had at our St Francis luncheons.

My fondest memory is to recall that when we were both kids at Gesu School, we used to "play Mass". We were so serious about it that Bob's grandmother even made a set of child-size vestments for us! I would guess that Bob is still chuckling over that as he rests in peace.

Father Bob was the kindest most people person I met. He officiated over my gran daughter's Quince Mass of Thanksgiving . He will be remembered as a kind soul Thank you Father Bob for teaching us .

Bill and I were so sorry to learn of Fr. Bob's passing. I have known Bob since my family moved across the street from them on Grantley Road. The Schramm's are a wonderful family. Our parents were immediate and long time friends. Bob and his sister, Mary Beth babysat my sisters and me. However, my most treasured memory of Bob is is he married Bill and me. It was a beautiful ceremony because Fr. Bob made it so. I hope he would be happy to know we are still happily married 52 years later. ...
