Read MoreMy thoughts & prayers are with each of you during this time. Mr. Serafin was a very dear friend & an insurance customer of mine for some 20+ years. I don't think I have ever seen anyone fight this disease like him, always with a smile on his face & never complaining. He was a true inspiration to others. Many of us here in Columbus, MS are going to miss him.

Bob was my commander when I joined the DAV. He gave me his cell phone number the first time I meet him and was always there to answer my question. He will be greatly missed in the Department of Mississippi and the post.
