Not sure what to say?

Joyce, Thank you for your response to my message. Please accept my personal condolences. A little bit about me, and a few more memories. We lived on second street in Elmira across from Bob. My family rented an apartment in the dumpy house that was was really for poor people, and we were poor. We came to the US in 1952 as Displaced Persons from Germany and second street was our first home. I celebrated my 65 birthday today with my family, and we reminised a little about second street. Joyce-I am very glad I got to see you and Bob at the family reunion in 2008. It had been a long time. Our thoughts and prayers are with you.

Joyce - You and your family are in my thoughts and prayers.

I worked with Bob at NYS Dept of Tax and Finance. The office was never quite the same after he retired - he was a joy to know and my life is blessed in knowing him. My condolences to his family. We now have a great singer and wonderful man to watch over us.

Joyce, You are in our thoughts and prayers and as always are here if you need us.

Joyce - My thoughts and prayers are with you at this difficult time.

Bob was my very good friend. For that I am thankful. I will miss him and his good humor. We had many good times together in Elmira,Corning and Henrietta. He made two tapes for my wife Muriel and me to enjoy of his singing gospel hymns and popular songs. His wonderful singing voice is still with us. In Job 1:21 we read,"The Lord gave, and the Lord hath taken away;blessed be the name of the Lord." Amen.
