Not sure what to say?

Bob Spooner was a long-time member of the Victoria Village Squires and Pacificaires barbershop choruses. He was much respected and is missed to this day. Here's a photo with Bob taken in February 2007

Rest Robert, until you hear at dawn, the low, clear reveille of God. Thank you for your service to the Canadian Nation. Royal Canadian Air Force, WWII.

Bob & Marie

Granny took me for a ride in the 'little red wagon' you fixed up for me. Thanks love Ethan

As we walk around your property out of the corner of our eyes we see you .
Showing us the beauty of the land telling us how and where to plant , as you sat in your chair in the garden or as we sipped our teas as we looked out at the water or over dinner and wine you shared your wisdom and story's with us we were truly blessed to have spend so much time with you one of our last conversations you had said
We were very happy here hope those who follow will be delighted ..
We love...

Our sincere condolences to the entire Spooner family. Our parents Stewart and Hazel Thurber counted Bob and Marie as two of their dearest friends and shared many happy times with them through Acti Mets and The Golden Rods and Reels. Just two months before her own passing, mom and Patty were thrilled to attend Bob's 95th birthday party. Bob and Marie lived full and wonderful lives and are finally reunited. May all your loving memories of them both comfort you.
