Always a smile or a joke my wife Rosemary have known Cookie since Norte Dame HS and St Joes I reconnected st the monthly ND luncheon. I know how he loved his family we are all going to miss this great guy

Dear Lorraine and family
I am sincerely sorry for the loss of one of the best guys in the world. His smile was infectious and I had lots of fun talking about my Red Sox and his Yankees. Hopefully some of the old players are up in heaven where they can talk baseball all day.

So shocked and sad to hear of Cookie's passing. Now who will I talk with about the Yankees on Facebook? Rip Cookie. Say hi to all the Yankees up there and to your fellow police officers. Will miss you friend.
