Not sure what to say?

Sheryl, Scott, Suzanne:

Just wanted to add a poem that a friend of a friend gave to me when my dad passed. It was written by one of my working peers...

A father, in so many ways, is very like a tree
Quiet, strong, and always there for one to go and see
A place of shade, and shelter from the storms that life may bring
A place to climb, to hide, to rest, a place to sit and swing

Its limbs are thick and strong, they seem at once both young and...

Papa Swanson we miss & love you! I truly wish that I had spent more time with you in your last remaining years. You mean a lot to me, and will always be in my heart!

Sheryl, Suzie, Scott, MaryAnn and families,
"Bob-O" was one of the most fun-loving people I've ever met. Although it had been a good while since our trips, I still miss "fleaing" with him, our infamous trips to Wal Mart, Saturday morning coffee breaks and hanging out having big bowls of ice cream. I think many times we don't realize how our loved ones have touched other's lives--he sure touched mine and I'm very glad I got to know him.

So sorry to hear of Bob's passing. Lots of memories are brought back of those times in West Hartford on Crescent St during the 60's and 70's. Our sincere condolences go out to all of you at this time.

May wonderful memories help all of you get through this very difficult time.

Sincerely,

Charlie, Lynn, and Byron Kidd
