I´ve been lucky enough to live next to Bob for the last 16yrs. Truly the kindest, most generous neighbor around. Ribbing him countless times, to stop beating me to the snow shoveling or lawn mowing; warning him of injury. Turns out, his constant activity made him see 90 very healthy years. I´ll miss his old neighborhood stories, pictures, and the sound of his car leaving the driveway every day at 7am, on his way to Town diner. Bob, I can´t believe I just saw you not a month ago, chatting me...

Bob and his brother Al were my customers at the Towne Restaurant. I had many great conversations with them. Sorry to hear of Bob's passing

If I could choose a neighbor to have it would be Bob and his brother Al. Bob was the first to shovel his neighbor's sidewalks and mow their lawns in the spring. He was a storehouse of information and readily shared his knowledge of how to fix things. He even taught himself to be competent on the computer. But above all he loved God and walked to Mass at St. Louis Roman Catholic Church.
