Kay and family, I was so sorry to hear of Bob's passing. He was such an amazing volunteer in his Red Cross role. I had no idea how involved he was in other activities until I read his obit--he was always present and 110% committed to our clients, and I have no doubt he brought that compassion and service orientation to the so many people he helped over the years in so many different ways.
