Bob was my cousin. We spent some really good times together far and in few between. He fed me my first lobster and mahi.

Ran across some Moon Calendars you sent us at McFarling Foods this morning and thought I would look you up ! I read all the Tributes to you and agree 100% with them all !

I can never think of the "right" thing to say at times like these, so I'll say this: When I think of Bob, he was always smiling. Even the day I walked into his hospital room after his knee replacement surgery, he was smiling. And his smile always brought a smile to my own face. Such a cool, positive, happy go lucky, hard working, and all around great guy. Everyone loved Bob. When bad things happen to great people it doesn't make sense. I hope you are in a beautiful place free of pain. I'm sure you must be. Anyone who knew you was lucky!

One of the most fortunate things to come out of my time at the University of Rhode Island was meeting Bob. Even back then his nickname was Captain and he steered his own special course through life. Bob- you are missed daily. Every day at work I can just imagine you being there and laughing with you. I also often ask myself what would Bob do? I am a better person because of having you in my life. It isnt often you meet people who have such an impact and I consider myself very lucky. I'll never forget our trips to the Boston seafood show, such fun times! Miss you so much!
