Our sincerest and deepest sympathy to Mr. Wendell's family. I met him through my dad who lives at Beaufont Towers. He was such a wonderful friend and greatest of joy to my dad and to me as well. His gentle and kind spirit to all will be missed. What an honor it was to know him.

I met Bob and Bess many years ago when I joined the St. Giles choir. He was a joy to talk with, such a kind and loving man with a gentle, sweet spirit. He always had a beautiful smile on his face and something positive and encouraging to say. My life was blessed by knowing him. I will miss him.

My wife and I first met Bob when he asked us to play music at Beaufont Towers several years ago. It was always a pleasure to spend time with him. Such a kind, wonderful man, we were very fortunate to have known him.
We thank you again, Bob.

To have known Bob was a pleasure. He was very important in our life when Nelson was studying to be in Life Insurance under his guidance. His encouragement will never be forgotten those many years ago, in the 1960's.
Sincerely, Eleanor Turner.

Bob was a gift to us at St. Giles and I know I will miss him SO very much. I'm glad I had the chance to tell him I loved him (as we all did). I pray that God will grant the family His peace during this trying time. May all the good memories sustain you going forward. "Job's Unbridled Faith" will be much harder to sing without him here.
