Like Mitchell Tempkin, I too grew up around Robin, we attended Volta School together on Chicago's northside.

We had good times together during great years to have a childhood in the city.

I grew up in Chicago, across the alley from Robin. We were best friends in 7th and 8th grade. He was 6'1" and I was 5'1". He would come to my house and we'd listen to Beatles records and laugh hysterically at our juvenile jokes. Robin gave me the Beatles "Second Album" which I still have to this day.
