Robin Peterson, 56, of New Britain passed away on March 23 at The Hospital of Central Connecticut with her children at her side. Robin was born August 18, 1956 in Middletown to Carl and Carol Peterson. A proud mother, she devoted her life to her sons, and will always be remembered for her generous and loving spirit. She is survived and will be dearly missed by her sons, Matthew and Ryan Shimoda, her brothers, Todd Peterson and Scott Peterson, and her sisters, Tracy Culver and Holly Peterson. Her memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, March 31 at Saint Francis of Assisi Church, 10 Elm St., Middletown, CT. A reception will also be held at the church following the service. I have not seen Robin and her family since High School days, today bumped into a guy who had not seen also since High School who told me that Robin had recently died, prayers goes out to Robin's family and friends. Great family, I recall her parents, sister and brothers, not seen the family since perhaps 1973 One day we will all see Robin and her father again as Robin is with her earth father and the Father of ALL!

OMG...I have been trying to find Robin for years to no avail & now I will never have a chance to...I have so many memories of her & our childhood. One in particular was when I spent the nite over her house & we got caught by her mom sneeking back in when we came back to the trailer. My thoughts & prayers go out to her family & friends.
