Not sure what to say?

I wish to thank the Lefty Willner foundation and his endowment to Grassroots Junior Tennis, Inc. which provided a grant to my grandson, Chad Smith, to futher his talent and love of the game of tennis. I have read the many tributes to this wounderful man and only wish I would have had the opportunity to thank him in person.

Our Family misses you. You were not only a GREAT tennis instructor to us but a valued friend. We loved our weekly lesson followed by dinner and amazing stories about your life. Right up to the end you called us each week to let us know wheather you could do a lesson or not. Even when you could hardly walk you continued to be a worthy and valuable instructor of your sport and true friend. I hope you enjoying a golden tennis court in the sky. Love You, thanks for all you gave our family,...

Lefty, thank you for the many entertaining stories you gave me. You had your purpose in life and that was to touch as many people's hearts as possible...
-Well, you did a heck of a Job Babe!.

Warm Summer Sun

Warm summer sun,
Shine kindly here,
Warm southern wind,
Blow softly here.
Green sod above,
Lie light, lie light.
Good night, dear heart,
Good night, good night.
