Preceded in death by parents Raymond and Dorothy O'Dowd.
Survived by wife, Connie (Boardman) O'Dowd; sons, Travis, Skylar, Calvin; brothers and sisters: Byron (Mary), Keith (Linnea), Darwin, Gerald (Michele), Vincent (Sherry), Yvonne, Marcella Shurts (Tim), Colleen Schroeder (Mike); and numerous nieces and nephews.
A luncheon gathering for family and friends of Rodney will be held Saturday, May 27, 2023 at 11:30am at Kahler-Dolce Mortuary.
