Spending time with family and friends yesterday as we honored your life and celebrated your home-going has only helped to make me want to be more like my dad. My dad was truly a gift from the Lord! I was privileged to call him dad! I am privileged to have spent so much time with this great man! Dad was a Christian who truly lived a Christlike life loving people! My heart hurts tonight knowing I won't be able to sit with him, hold his hand, look into his eyes, hug him, receive his love back and to say "dad I love you". I'll see you again in heaven!
