Not sure what to say?

I remember meeting Roger´s Dad when I went to get my first Burger there I was only 7 . I went to Austin High with Roger . He was a good person . Rest in peace Friend .

You are so much my friend. We miss you and your wife. Your son is doing an excellent job and I know you are so proud of him.

Very nice person and cook I knew him from my brother, A very nice and polite person. I met him through my brother Hector Apodaca. We both knew his dad since 1961 when he was flipping burgers. Good family and great people. I miss them both.

Dear Ones, Do not be sad look up towards the stars and catch each twinkle in your heart. For I am there with you. My legacy is not wealth or mighty belongings, my legacy is you and your life. Spend it wisely and carefully guard it always. Do not be sad feel the wind on your face and in your hair. Know that I loved you for I am there with you, in your laughter and in your hearts. Learn to live again without me. Take my strength with you for you are not alone. Do not be sad feel the rain on...

Rest in peace Mr. Carrasco. You will be missed and never forgotten. God bless you and your family.

Take care and...

I ate many burgers at Roscoe's over the years. I will always remember Roger, the addicting aroma of the place and the friendly way I was treated there......

I have never had a bad burger in the 20 years I have eaten in your resturant. My condolences are with you and your family. Roger always greated with a smile.

i remember the first time i tried Rosco Burgers, my boss told me "there's this place in NE that sells the best burgers in town!" so i gave in- she brings in a brown paper sack and on the bottom was a grease spot. i couldn't get myself to eat it,but once you have that taste let me tell you;well that was twelve years ago and my husband and i will dash at 4:45 right before closing time to order those burgers in a brown paper bag please. So sorry for your loss
