Not sure what to say?

Roger was an excellent Manager in Supermedia,he knew his job and was able leader to guide his team.He was honest, dedicated and respected others in his team.Roger has left a big void in Supermedia which cannot be filled.
Roger was a true gentleman and more you write about him is not enough.
My heartfelt condolence goes to his family.Peace be with you

May God bless you and your family in this time of sorrow.

I had the privilege of working with Roger years ago at Verizon. He always managed to have a positive attitude in good times and bad. As many have said he had an infectious laugh and smile.
We have lost a good man.

To the Clapper family, I want to let you know that I am thinking of you at this time when you are missing Roger. I remember when Roger was born as I was a kid who lived across the street in Lynnwood. You are all in my thoughts and prayers. Take Care.

Just like his picture, I remember Roger always had the sincere smile, caring kind words, passionate about his work and willing to run extra mile for others. I feel fortunate to have worked with Roger for so many years. May peace be with you and your family.
