Not sure what to say?

I just found today about his passing (11/14/25) . I am so sorry to hear, Rodger was an amazing friend and person. We sat on the same board for the printing industry, and became good friends. I last spoke to him in March of this year. Condolence's to Rodney and Angela who he adored. I will miss his laugh!!

Deepest condolences to the Jefferson family.

So sorry for your loss. Our thoughts and prayers are with you. The Gravley Family. Gravley Sand Works.

So sorry to hear about Roger. We rode the same school bus for years. Always nice and well mannered. I knew he would rise up and make something good of himself. Very professional even as a teenager. Praying for his family and friends. May God comfort you and help you through this grief process.

One of the kindest men I know in my business life. He believed in his children and his work family. I'm so sorry to see that he has passed, my thoughts and prayers will be to his family. My God bless.

My deepest condolences to the Jefferson family. It was my pleasure to visit, and inspect Mountain View Farms for the Virginia Department of Environmental Quality for 20+ years. Interacting with Roger was always interesting and positive. He was a force of nature, and very competent. It is with great sorrow I have learned of his passing. He will be missed on many levels.

Mr. Jefferson coached me in basketball many years ago in youth league in Franklin County, when I played with his son, Rodney. I also remember him taking me to Myrtle beach on vacation with Rodney. Good coach and man. God bless and praying for the family.

Roger was a excellent boss and friend to me. I have thought of him often since he left the business for his happy place in Gretna. I'm so sorry to see that he has passed, my thoughts and prayers will be to his family. My God bless.

Dear family, I am so sorry to hear about Roger's passing. I always thought he would live forever. He
meant so much to so many of us and I compared any future bosses against him and none of them ever measured up. He will truly be missed. Thoughts and prayers for you all.
