Roger Jensen

Dear Dorothy and Family, I´m so sorry to hear of Roger´s passing. He was always kind, friendly and a man of integrity. What a blessing it is to understand the Plan of Salvation and know that you will be reunited as an eternal family. I send much love and empathy.

I was Elder Roger Jensen´s first mission companion and trainer, though we didn´t use that term in those days. He didn´t need much training. My memories of him were all highly favorable. He was a pleasant, totally good-natured missionary, even when the gallon of home-made root beer we tried to concoct exploded all over the walls and carpet of our room as we were kneeling in prayer at day´s end. Roger and Dorothy were our neighbors for many years. He was always there to help with anything. We loved him.
