I had the pleasure of working with Roger on numerous occasions beginning over a decade ago when he was at HTE Northeast and then again as a fellow DOT colleague. He was always warm, gracious and genuine - and a good engineer to boot. Heartfelt regards to his family. God Bless.

My prayers go out to the Keilig family. I met Roger through our involvement in the American Society of Civil Engineers in the early 1980's and was glad to reconnect when he joined the DOT. I was not aware that he was a fellow alum of the WPI Plan. God Bless.
