Roger L. Kelly

To Kathy, Patrick and Shawn, Roger was a treasured friend through his work at Samaritan and our work together in the Juvenile Detention Association. Roger was passionate about his work and almost everything he did in life. He was a golfing buddy playing many rounds of golf together. You are all in my thoughts and prayers.
