I had the pleasure of knowing Roger since his youth, and was fortunate to be his coach for a short time when he played for St. Joseph's CYO. His athletic career expanded/blossomed in high school and college and I recall him as a individual with pride, great work ethic, and a touch of humor.
My condolences to his family and friends.
