Roger LaSalle Obituary
Roger was a 1976 graduate of Woonsocket High School. He was a fork lift operator for CVS for over 25 years. Roger played basketball for many years with the St. Joseph Church CYO.
He leaves his son, Roger O. LaSalle and his wife Catrina Miles of Woonsocket; his stepson, Darren LaSalle; three brothers, Michael and Ricky LaSalle, both of Woonsocket and Denis LaSalle of Riverside; four sisters, Cheryl Patnaude, Cindy Broullette and Cathy Fontaine, all of Woonsocket, and Wanda Hysko of Cumberland; two granddaughters, Moriah and Natalia; as well as several close aunts, uncles and many cousins, and his close friends, Mike Bell of Smithfield, Troy Zapata of Woonsocket and Bob Menard of Florida.
His funeral will be held Friday, June 10, 2016 with a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:30 AM in St. Joseph's Church, 1200 Mendon Road. Burial will follow in St. John the Baptist Cemetery, Bellingham, MA. There are no calling hours. Funeral arrangements are under the direction of the Holt Funeral Home, 510 So. I had the pleasure of knowing Roger since his youth, and was fortunate to be his coach for a short time when he played for St. Joseph's CYO. His athletic career expanded/blossomed in high school and college and I recall him as a individual with pride, great work ethic, and a touch of humor.
My condolences to his family and friends.

RIP Roger a friend since Junior High. Roger
had a kind heart and mild mannered disposition that made him a great human being. Always a smile and a hearty laugh. He will be sadly missed.I regret that I will not be able to attend the services on Friday. My condolences to family and friends. Knowing my friend he is smiling down on all of us.
