Not sure what to say?

Roger was a friend for over 40 years. I loved playing golf with him and talking about Michigan football and basketball. He was one of the good guys.

I am so sorry to learn just today that Roger has passed away. He and I were friends at DeVilbiss, in the same class, and on college breaks, and he was a great guy.

Ruth, l was sorry to learn of Rogers passing. Another great friend from class of 53 DeVilbiss. I have thought of you both many times and I have tried to phone you but was not successful. I would like to hear from you. Ruth. I am in Florida until April so I am not able to attend his service but you are in my thoughts and prayers.

Roger was a respected member of our financial services profession here in Toledo. His professionalism and sincerity served as a model to many others over the years. Salute* Roger!

Ruth, Sharon and I were greatly saddened to learn of Roger's passing. We enjoyed many an evening out with both of you and visiting your home for an away Michigan football or basketball game. Our prayers are with you and your family and with look forward to seeing you when we return to Toledo.

Ruth and family, I'm so saddened by your loss. Roger will be greatly missed. You both have been such special friends through the years. I am out of town an unable to tell you in person. Warmest regards, Sharon Falvey

So saddened by the passing. Paula and I will always remember the afternoons at Michigan Stadium together with the many tailgates. I will also remember our many lunches, basketball games and golf. Fun guy and a terrific person with the unbelieveable U of M spirit that was always there during any conversation. All the best to the family from the Taliaferro's.

Roger played grade school football for the McKinley Hornets until he broke an elbow. He was full of life and pleasant to be around. D. Bush 53

Roger was a really good friend, especially in our younger days when we both lived in Toledo. He made each day brighter. What an uplifting personality! An outstanding sense of humor, a smile and bright greeting for everyone. He was also involved in many activities, a leader in many.
