Not sure what to say?

To the Smallwood family...
My prayers and thoughts are with you during this sad time....
Please, if you need anything...I am here.

I worked with Roger for a couple of years he was a great guy and helped me on many computer issues he will be missed by all

I worked with Roger when he was with the State of Arizona and he always had a smile on his face and he could always make me laugh when I felt bad. I send my prayers to his family.

thank you all for the wonderful stories. My daddy was an amazing man. A family man. I am so blessed to have had a dad like him. Thank you

Roger was a good friend when we worked together for the State of Arizona. And he is missed already. I send my prayers and condolences to his family.

I was not aware of Rogers passing until today but when I saw the name I knew it was the Roger I worked with in State Dept of Child Support some years back. I liked Roger and enjoyed talking to him and even after all these years I can feel his loss. My condolences to all of his family that he loved so much.

Every morning I'd make my daily rounds to the Admin Building, and every morning I would see Roger. We'd share hellos and Roger would alway shake my hand, smile, and reply, "He's doing a good job", and I would respond, "Yes he is". I'll miss our morning routine and his contagious smile.

Roger was one of kind, genuine and sincere. Always put a smile on your face and made you laugh. You found yourself seeking him out on a really bad day, so he could give you that smile and laughter. Roger was a great man to work with and even more a great friend! I will miss him dearly..

I will remember Roger as a fun guy and those crazy bologna and potato chip sandwiches. He was always able to help me with my computer problems. I know his family was very important to him by the pictures he always had in his office. I know he loved putting up the Christmas display and it took almost 2 months to assemble it. I will say a prayer for him and his family.
