I am blessed to have known you. You were not only a great friend but a genuine person. I will use your strength and courage as an inspiration to live life to the fullest. I will never let your memory fade.

My deepest sympathy to Rachel and the Sterk family.

I knew Roger since kindergarten. He was such a sweet, kind boy, who turned into a wonderful, loving man. My thoughts go out to Rachel and the Sterk family.

Dear Rachel, Roger, Doug, Eliza, Zachy, Mike, Dianne, John and all family,
We are so sorry for your loss of Roger Jr. He was such a fine young man--son, brother, husband, friend. We are praying that the wonderful life he lived remains with you all in loving memories. Love once given is never truly lost.

Roger, you are an inspiration to me. You will be for the rest of my life. The courage and grace with which you fought for the last 8 years is so admirable. I will always think of you when I have a new challenge to face in my life, whether that challenge is big or small. You will be missed, and I promise you that your nephew Zachary will grow up knowing you and understanding what a special Uncle he had. We love you.
