Not sure what to say?

Dear Jeff and Susan,
The weather would not let me get to church for your fathers service last week. I met you Susan when I brought a prayer shawl from the church for your Mother when she was in the Health Center. Two of the nicest people I have ever known. After we lost your wonderful Mom I used to kid your Dad that he was my best boyfriend. He would laugh. You probably don't remember me, but you would know I was kidding with him, but he was that special. I have never seen such beautiful...

Hello Jeff, Joan, and Susan,

We were sorry to hear of your dad's death. We knew him forever. We will keep him in our prayers.

We were so disappointed to hear about Great Uncle Roger's passing. As the Patriarch of the Talmadge family and a friend, he will be greatly missed.

I understand however that he went Gracefully and willingly accepted the facts, which is very admirable and truly inspiring. It only added to his legacy as a True Legend of the family.

Uncle Roger had such a wonderful way with words and his writings were full of wit and humor. We have gotten much joy corresponding with him over the...

I was the tenor soloist at Wellesley Hills for 27 years and Roger was the most wonderful person to know. He was a true gentleman in an age when there are so few left. He was a pillar of the church and will be greatly missed. May it comfort his family to know he shares in Christ's resurrection.

Dear Jeff, Joan, Susan, and Roger,
Your father was the kindest person I have ever known. He was always a thoughtful listener and a wise advisor. I am very grateful that I knew him.
Best wishes and love,

Dear Susie and Jeff,

I am so sorry to read of Roger's death. My family considered Roger to be a gentleman's gentleman, we will miss him greatly.

Our love to you, and may the memories of your Mom and Dad give you strength.

Dear Jeff and Joan, Sincere Sympathy to you and your family in the loss of Jeff's Dad. Our thoughts and prayers are with you at this time. Love and God Bless

Although I only new Roger in his later years, he was a true gentlemen. He could not have been nicer to my parents at North Hill, and I will always be grateful to him for his kindness towards my parents.
