Dale will be missed by many. I have fond memories of enjoying fishing and camping out with him, my brother Charles, Gerald and David B. at Richie's Inlet. Great times with a fine man! My thoughts and prayers are with Betsy and Gwen.

I was really sorry to hear about Dale. Dale was really a great guy and I really enjoyed knowing him and working with him on the NCGWA Board and the Well Contractors Certification Commission. Dale had a way of bringing a unique perspective to things and made you look at things in a way you might not have considered before.
