Betsy and Family,
I was really sorry to hear about Dale. Dale was really a great guy and I really enjoyed knowing him and working with him on the NCGWA Board and the Well Contractors Certification Commission. Dale had a way of bringing a unique perspective to things and made you look at things in a way you might not have considered before. He had an great sense of humor and brought a smile to your face in virtually every conversation. The ground water industry has lost one of it's great ones in Dale. Please know that we will pray for your guys in this difficult time.
