I met Don when he was engaged to Bern, who was my friend since kindergarten. I knew he was perfect for her because he looked just like Bobby Rydell. Don was always gracious and kind. He would always send along something special he had cooked for the Corpus Christi grammar school girls´ lunch. He was a kind and loving person and will be missed by all who knew him.
