I met Roger when I worked at a Group Home on Florence Street across the lane from Roger's house in Coquitlam. He helped me a lot in those days, fixing my car (he could fix anything), also, helping when anything broke down at the Group Home. . So generous with his many talents with no charge ever! A great conversationalist, so very knowledgeable and smart. Handsome too. Yes, we hung out together quite often. Dinners out and at his house in Coquitlam. I am so sorry to have only have found out about this today. Nobody he knew, knew me. A few tears so many years too late to hear this news. He called me L. J. I called him R.J. I am sad. My condolences to his Family/Cousins and Friends.

Roger was a good friend for some 30 years. I will miss visiting with him in Kelowna. We did have a lot of good laughs and that is how I will remember him. Rest in peace my friend.
