"Perk" was a great friend and co-worker. He was innovative and strived to make the lives of children better while with Child Support. He freely shared his skills and many stories about his service while serving in the U.S. Coast Guard. I will always remember his kindness, humor, and love for his beautiful wife and children. I have lost a dear frind but he is now in the loving arms of God. My prayers are with the family during this difficult time and know you can always call on me.
