Ronald Anton Baier

My grandmother, Theresia Gäckle (born Baier), told me she had a nephew named Ronny. What I have in common with Ronald is a passion for technology and flying. Unfortunately, I can no longer share this passion with him, and I find that sad.

Ronnie and I were childhood friend's. His home was directly across the street from mine on 218th Street in Bayside. He was the only child of loving , old-fashioned parents. I was the only guest he shared his swimming pool with when he was 9 and I was 7. (It was 4 foot by 8 foot.) We continued our friendship and enjoyed outings in the city as young adults.
