Ronald Arthur Cloutier, 82, passed away peacefully on February 12, 2018. Ron was born in Richmond, ME to Roland and Helene Cloutier on May 19, 1935 and was raised in Maine until he moved to Connecticut in the late 50's to work for Pratt and Whitney. He settled in East Hartford with his wife...

I spoke with Lee Smith a couple of days ago and he is devastated by the loss of his best friend.

Ron was very well liked and will be remembered well by all who knew him. I'll miss him checking in with me at the Maine Shoot.
