Ron was a great guy and fun to be around. I shot more than a few targets with him. He was one of the few who could call me "Joey" and not make it sound like an insult.
I spoke with Lee Smith a couple of days ago and he is devastated by the loss of his best friend.
My most sincere sympathies to the family.
Ron was very well liked and will be remembered well by all who knew him. I'll miss him checking in with me at the Maine Shoot.
