I just found out of Ron's passing and so sorry to hear of it.

I first met Ron when I worked in the Tax Collector's office when it was in the old building. He would sing and and always seemed so happy. Loved his fragrance of his pipe (which smelled so good). Ron Cressio hired me to work in the Exemption Division at the Assessors Office in 1986. I found myself thinking a lot of him lately as I am retiring this year. I was in the process of trying to find a way to send a note & thank him for that. It is with great sadness I came to find out a couple days ago of his passing. Ron was a wonderful man and his memory will never fade because of all the lives he
touched in such a positive way. As the exemption supervisor in the Santa Clara County
Assessor's office he interacted with all the church's and non-profit organizations with
his charming personality and humor. Ron, will be deeply missed by all but will be
consoled with all the fond memories we all have of Ron. May those cherished thoughts
